Delivery price at home is 3.90, 5.90 or € 9.90 depending on the weight of the package
Orders will leave us within 1-5 days of order, and we always strive for delivery as fast as possible.
We deliver orders to the nearest pick -up point (Matkahuolto or Posti).
Free shipping for orders over € 140.
You can pay your order with a Finnish online banking fee or credit card. In addition, we have PayPal, Applepay, MobilePay and different installments.
The cash transactions for online banking fees are handled by Paytrail, a Finnish online payment system manager. Payments are always confirmed with your own online banking ID and the payment information only stores Paytrail to its safe service.
Returns
E-commerce products are sold by Maradevi Oy (Business ID 3323765-3) for individuals. Product prices include VAT.
The products have a 14 day return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The product to be returned must be intact, unused and in good condition. Contact us before returning. The cost of the refund is responsible for the customer. Returns must be sent via the Finnish Post. We will not redeem the cash on delivery.
Failure to pick up the package is not the same as the return. We charge € 15 shipping when the package returns due to not retrieved.
We are not responsible for any delays in mail.
