Returns

Products in this online store are sold by Maradevi Oy (Business ID 3323765-3) to private consumers. All prices include VAT.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Products have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Please note that returned items must be unopened, intact, and in resalable condition. Contact us before returning any item. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.

Uncollected Parcels
Failing to collect a parcel is not the same as a return. We charge €15 in shipping/handling if a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection.

Delivery Delays & Pricing
We are not responsible for possible delays in postal or carrier services. We reserve the right to price changes.

Subscriptions (Monthly Orders) & Returns

If you chose the product as a subscription (recurring order), the agreement is valid for a minimum of two (2) deliveries. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the first delivery under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Please note that any returned item must be unopened, intact, and in resalable condition. The subscription cannot be cancelled before the two deliveries have been fulfilled. If you are unsure about committing to at least two deliveries, we recommend choosing a one-time purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
