We sell products to private consumers. Orders ship from Latvia to Finland and to the other countries available at checkout. Read more in our shipping policy.

Prices

ILO Wellness SIA is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is included in the prices. For deliveries outside the EU, the destination country may charge customs duties and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered through the shopping cart at pergaglow.com. Every order is confirmed by email, showing the price of the order, the shipping costs and the products ordered. To receive the order confirmation, you need to give your email address when ordering. With each order, the customer agrees to the shipping terms in force at the time.

Subscriptions

A subscription is a recurring order that is delivered automatically at the interval you choose. When you subscribe, you commit to at least two (2) deliveries. After the first delivery, the subscription continues automatically until it is cancelled. Cancellation must be made before the next billing period begins.

You manage your subscription in the Seal Subscriptions customer portal; you'll get the link with your order confirmation and notification emails. In the portal you can change your subscription, update your payment details or cancel in accordance with these terms.

Payment methods

Products and shipping costs are paid when you order. You can pay with the most common payment cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay or Klarna. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. If you choose Klarna, Klarna Bank AB's terms are shown to you at checkout before payment.

Returns and right of withdrawal

Unopened products have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Read more in our return policy.
