1. What is Perga Glow?
Perga Glow is a food supplement made from perga, or bee bread: pollen that bees have fermented in the honeycomb. We blend the bee bread with berry or fruit powder and press it into hexagon pastilles. Every pastille comes in its own pouch.
2. What does bee bread taste like?
Tangy and slightly sour, a bit like sourdough or yogurt. There are three flavors: sea buckthorn, blackcurrant and apple-cinnamon. Apple-cinnamon is the mildest.
3. How many pastilles a day?
Adults: 1–3 pastilles a day, ideally in the first half of the day and apart from meals. You can also crumble the pastille into porridge or a smoothie. Children from 1 year: start with half a pastille, later 1 a day.
4. Who should not take bee bread?
Bee bread is not suitable if you are allergic to bee products or pollen. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.
5. What's in the pastilles?
Perga (bee bread), blackcurrant, apple, cinnamon and sea buckthorn. No additives, fillers, preservatives or added sugar. Naturally gluten-free and dairy-free.
6. How long does a pack last?
30 pastilles last 10–30 days, depending on how many you take a day. The 15-pastille starter pack lasts 5–15 days.
7. Is Perga Glow vegan?
No. Bee bread is a bee product.
8. Where does the bee bread come from?
From hives in Latvia, where the pastilles are also made.
9. How do I store the pastilles?
Dry, at room temperature and out of reach of children.
10. Where do you ship?
Within the EU. Orders ship from Latvia within 1–5 days, and you'll see the shipping cost at checkout. We can't ship outside the EU yet.
11. Can I return a product?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The product must be unopened and in its original condition. Please contact us before sending a return.
12. How does the subscription work?
Your pastilles are delivered automatically at the interval you choose, and you save on every delivery. The subscription runs for at least two deliveries; after that you can cancel any time.
