Shipping and returns

Shipping within Finland costs €4.90 or €6.50 depending on the weight of the parcel. For other EU countries, you'll see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Orders leave Latvia within 1–5 business days of ordering, and we always aim to ship as fast as possible.

In Finland, we deliver to a pickup point or parcel locker. To other countries, we ship with UPS.

You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay or Klarna.

Returns

Products in this online store are sold by ILO Wellness SIA (registration number 40203547886) to private consumers. ILO Wellness SIA is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is included in the prices.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer rules. Returned products must be unopened, intact and in resalable condition. Please contact us before returning anything. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.

Not collecting a parcel is not the same as returning it. If a parcel comes back to us uncollected, we charge €15 for shipping.

We are not responsible for postal delays. We reserve the right to change prices.

Subscriptions and returns

If you choose a subscription (recurring order), the agreement covers at least two (2) deliveries. For the first delivery you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer rules. Returned products must be unopened, intact and in resalable condition. A subscription cannot be cancelled before two deliveries have been made. If you're not sure you want to commit to at least two deliveries, we recommend a one-time purchase.

Terms of use

By ordering from our online store, you agree that your details are stored in an encrypted, secure service. Your details are never used for marketing without your consent and are never sold to third parties. You can ask us to delete your details from our customer register at any time.
