Bee bread: the food bees make for themselves

Bees collect flower pollen, mix it with their own enzymes and pack it into honeycomb cells, where it ferments naturally. The result is perga, or bee bread: the food bees raise their young on.

Our bee bread comes from Latvian hives. We press it into hexagon pastilles with nothing added but berry and fruit powder for flavor, and pack every pastille in its own pouch. No powder, no capsules, no mess. Keep a few in your bag and take one wherever you are.

How to use

Adults: 1–3 pastilles a day. Children from 1 year: start with half a pastille, later 1 a day. Let the pastille melt in your mouth or chew it. We recommend taking it in the first half of the day, apart from meals, but you can also crumble it into porridge, a smoothie or a pie. New to bee bread? Start with half a pastille for the first few days.

Good to know

Not suitable if you are allergic to bee products or pollen. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store dry at room temperature, out of reach of children.
